Jia Yuan have established an investment funds team that specializes in private equity and venture capital (“PE/VC”) legal services, that comprises of a team which collaborates in real-time, efficiently and professionally across Beijing, Shanghai and the Greater Bay Area, so that we can, at any time, satisfy the short, standard or urgent requirements of any investment fund businesses. Our investment funds team makes full use of Jia Yuan’s vast accumulation of legal service experiences in relation to listings, M&A, financing and foreign investment, along with our strong capabilities in the capital market, to provide professional, efficient and pragmatic legal services for all investment and financing parties involved in the PE/VC. Our legal services in PE/VC covers PE/VC funds, fund managers, fund investors, fund portfolio companies, entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
We provide comprehensive legal services covering the entire life cycle of fundraisings, investments, management and withdrawal for PE/VC investment funds. In the past, we have provided long term legal services and fund investment legal services for well-known private equity funds, and have assisted related funds to complete large numbers of domestic and offshore private equity investment transactions, involving a wide range of investment targets including in industries such as biomedical, TMT, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, high-end manufacturing, big consumption, environmental protection and clean technology, and agriculture. Many of these investment targets have been successfully listed.
