- Represented China Minmetals Corporation of direct management of scientific research institutions against the China National Intellectual Property Administration in a patent invalidation administrative dispute case, and won which was successfully Upholding the validity of the patent right and selected as one of the Top Ten Typical Judicial Cases on Authorization and Determination of Patent in 2020.
- Represented a company in an anti-monopoly dispute against a digital economy platform, removing intellectual property obstacles for the listing and operation of the client's products and services.
- Represented Qihoo360 against Baidu, which is the first unfair competition case in the Internet Robots Agreement in China.
- Represented a leading life sciences company against the China National Intellectual Property Administration in a series of administrative trademark disputes, all of which were won and which cleared the trademark obstacles for the client in the marketization of its related IVD products.
- Represented a technology company in a series of computer software contract disputes, all of which were won or settled, and helped the client to clarify the ownership of intellectual property rights and to quickly recover its R&D costs.
- Represented Iwncomm in an Antitrust Litigation filed by Apple Inc. on Standard Essential Patent WAPI (WLAN Authentication & Privacy Infrastructure), which was a counter-suit to a patent infringement lawsuit involving hundreds of millions of dollars filed by Iwncomm, and involved cutting-edge legal issues such as litigation injunctions, determination of FRAND terms, declaratory judgment of non-infringement, and antitrust.
- Represented one of the world's leading aerospace flight simulation companies in a series of trade secret infringement misappropriation cases with former employees, which related to national strategic aviation flight simulation technology.
- Represented HKC, a leading global LCD manufacturer, in a series of patent infringement lawsuits and invalidation proceedings against its competitor in China, and obtained judgments of non-infringement in favor of HKC on all patents.
- Provided technology transfer and intellectual property services for many pharmaceutical companies, detailed services include FTO, negotiate and draft relevant transaction agreements, and assisted the clients to successfully implement their cooperation projects.
- Representing Straub (Switzerland) in Patent disputes, Trademark disputes and Anti-unfair disputes with one of its former collaborator in China, all of which were won and enforced.
