Mr. Cai Chencheng's main practice area focuses on securities compliance, civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration. He is good at dealing with administrative penalty, civil compensation and criminal cases which involves illegal disclosure of securities information, insider trading and stock market manipulation, and has accumulated rich experiences in dealing with company, financial and real estate disputes. In addition to the above areas,he also has relatively extensive experience in civil enforcement, administrative disputes, criminal case, corporate bankruptcy liquidation and others.

- Some project experiences of Mr. Cai in criminal proceedings includes: assisting Adidas in the criminal reporting to related public security organ of embezzlement by employee; assisting South Korea’s Samsung Electronics in the criminal reporting to related public security organ of embezzlement and bribery by employee; assisting Hong Kong Eton Property in the criminal reporting to related public security organ of bribery by employee; assisting A-share listed Shengtong Printing in the criminal reporting of misappropriation of funds by employee.

Mr. Cai also provides perennial legal services for Suning Group, Industrial Bank Financial Leasing, Minsheng lnsurance, Calxon Group and other companies.
- Mr. Cai has previously worked at King & Wood Mallesons, and has also previously worked at the Shanghai Huangpu people’s Procuratorate and the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee under Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress.
