Madam YAN has been practicing law since 1994. She has an accumulated wealth of experience in FDI, overseas offerings (A share, B share, H share, Red-chip, PRC interest involved in overseas listing, spin-off listing and GEM listing), M&A of China and overseas listed companies, restructuring and, PE.
